Introduction
CACTUS Web Training (CWT) provides competency training related Internet based
services, including competency training execution, evaluation, certification,
management, download SOPs, and even customization of training materials and SOPs
with respect to customer needs. CWT leverages Web resources for enhanced integration
across CACTUS-OS platform.
You can utilize the CACTUS Web Training by subscribing to the appropriate services.
This page helps you to choose from the available services according to your needs, and
also to perform the subscription procedure.
You can find the catalog of the currently available services and the corresponding
subscription fees at the bottom of this page.

♦ Base Services: User Accounts
In compliance with the 21 CFR Part 11, the CACTUS Web Training services require strict
user identification to protect your personal data and provide authenticity and reliability
of competency training activities.
First, you should possess a user account under the CACTUS Web Training system.
The maintenance of your user account and the on-line availability
of your personal data (e.g. training certifications) are the base services of
the CWT.
There are two ways to get your user account under the CACTUS Training Center:

Personal CWT Subscription
If you would like to attend to the CACTUS Web Training as a self-managed
individual, then choose this option.
Users of personal CWT subscription order the CWT services and manage their own
training data individually. Moreover, no other CWT users can access their data,
but the owner.

Group CWT Subscription
If you are responsible for a group of persons (e.g. a department of a company)
and would like to manage their training under the CWT, then choose this option.
For a group CWT subscription, several user accounts shall be created.
These accounts shall be related to the same
user group. A user can cast as a group manager, as a group member, or both,
as determined in the subscription order. Note that you can alter your existing
group subscription (e.g. adding or removing members), if required, by posting an
appropriate CWT order from the CWT Group Manager module.
A group manager can access the group administration interface, where
he/she can order services for the group, assign activities to the
group members, and review training data (e.g. results).
A group member can access only those training services, which are assigned
by a group manager.

♦ Training Services
The primary goal of the CACTUS Web Training system is to serve high quality, value added,
and meaningful on-line competency training via the Internet. The design
and the implementation of CWT not only support the use of on-line multimedia training
materials, but also provide a detailed, reliable, and safe source of personal training data.
Several high-quality on-line training materials are available in the CWT
Training Warehouse, covering
various areas. Note that, being computer based on-line services, you can
attend these courses any time, and they are available for execution
in 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
You can attend an on-line course if either you possess a personal CWT subscription,
or you are a manager of a group CWT subscription. Note that, for a group subscription,
the group members can access the subscribed courses only if a group manager assigns them.

♦ Course Development Services
The CACTUS Web Training system contains a facility for custom on-line course
development. This can mean the development of a new material, or even the customization
of an existing on-line CWT material according to the customer needs.
The development process is implemented by the CWT Author module, which provides a Web
forum-like interface for fully traceable cooperative authoring. Moreover, it also
contains a built-in user friendly on-line course authoring tool.
According to specific request, the cooperation may include access of other CWT users, and
support from experienced on-line course engineers and content developers of the CACTUS
Web Training staff. For a group CWT subscription, you can freely configure, what members
can take part in a development process.
You can order a new course development if either you possess a personal CWT
subscription, or you are a manager of a group CWT subscription.

♦ SOP Services
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) play pivot role in the quality of manufacture,
regulatory compliance, and Return-On-Investment. OPULUS is comitted to provide effective
SOPs for OPULUS products and products and services covered by OPULUS expertise. These
SOPs can be easily adapted for company specific requirements.
CWT SOP Warehouse contains a collection of
categorized SOPs and matching SOP-training & exam content that can be inspected by the
user for suitability. Customization of SOPs and SOP-training & exam materials is
supported on-line/on-site that can include co-sourcing consultation by OPULUS experts.
You can subscribe a SOP related service if either you possess a personal CWT subscription,
or you are a manager of a group CWT subscription. Note that, for a group subscription,
the group members can access the subscribed SOPs only if a group manager assigns them.
