Individuals or groups (e.g., departments or institutes) can initiate a training process by completing the on-line subscription form and submitting it to Opulus for approval. Upon acceptance, Opulus shall issue temporary passwords and set the access rights to start the training session. During the session all transferred information, including identities, training assignments, training results, reports, co-sourcing, and outsourcing activities, are encrypted, encoded, and decoded end-to-end using industry standard technology.

Approved members can only initiate CWT sessions. Based on the subscription submission, each member receives either an administrator’s access key or a standard trainee’s access key. Only the administrator has the right to assign courses, set schedules, review reports of other members, and access audit trails.

CWT access by subscribers is protected by strong password authentication. The “three strikes” rule is implemented in the login to lockout an ID after three consecutive log-failures. Administrators can view audit reports detailing login failures with incorrect IDs or passwords via the Training Management Center.

Opulus uses state-of-the-art 128-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) encryption to prevent intruder access to the information during a training session or development activities of outsourcing or co-sourcing. Screen viewing and File Transfer data are encrypted end-to-end. AES encryption ensures that recorded training sessions and/or development activities, stored on Opulus servers, are cryptographically protected.

Opulus data centers are protected with continuous intrusion detection and upgrading of servers to ensure security of your data.

Opulus has a strong privacy policy that prohibits unauthorized disclosure of personal or corporate information to any third party. Opulus’s published privacy policy is included in every subscription agreement. Servers hosting CWT are physically and administratively separate from Opulus’s corporate offices. Only designated employees have access on need-only and need-to-know basis for the express purpose of customer support.

The Training Decision Support subsystem enables management to observe the status and the results of training in real-time. From the convenience of their own desktops, managers can monitor all training activities reducing the complexity of reporting and improving compliance.
