Introduction
The CACTUS Web Training system contains an on-line course and SOP development and customization
facility. This can mean the development of a new training material, or even the customization
of an existing entry in the Training Warehouse
or SOP Warehouse according to the customer needs.

♦ Development Support Tools
The development/customization process is implemented by the CWT Author module, which
provides a Web forum-like interface including document upload/download support for fully
traceable cooperative authoring. Moreover, it also contains a built-in user friendly
on-line course authoring tool.

♦ Cooperation and Co-sourcing
According to specific request, the cooperation may include access of other CWT users, and
co-sourcing support from experienced on-line course engineers and content developers of
the CACTUS Web Training staff. For a group CWT subscription, you can freely configure,
what members can take part in a development/customization process.

♦ Subscription
You can order a new course/SOP development/customization if either you possess a personal CWT
subscription, or you are a manager of a group CWT subscription.
Note that, if you order the customization of an existing entry in the
Training Warehouse or
SOP Warehouse, then - of course -
not the original entry shall be customized, but a copy of that shall be created
and exclusively assigned to your personal or group CWT subscription account.
